ABOUT

VANINA

Vanina Grandadam, PhD

in Anthropology, Counsellor (Dip Counselling CHC51015), Clinical Hypnotherapist (Dip. Clinical Hyp. Sc) and Year 1 Gestalt Therapy certification holder – channels Wise Intelligence Therapy Australia (WITA) as a therapeutic pathway blending ancient wisdom traditions, CBT & Gestalt principles & techniques, and Clinical Hypnotherapy to support healing, transformation, and self-awareness.

Her approach is trauma-aware, deeply human, and spiritually informed, always attuned to each person’s unique life story.

Through mindful presence and evidence-based tools, she creates sacred, safe spaces where clients can reconnect with their higher self, embrace self-love, self-compassion, & wholeness, and realign with their true path, achievable dreams, and sometimes forgotten cultural treasures.

She collaborates with experts on digital alienation and supports communities advocating for mindful screen use. She encourages the use of the Screen Smart Kid (SSK) model, developed by Dr. Philip Tam and Rose Cantali, to help young people and their families build healthier screen habits through the SSK steps.

Vanina’s focus includes the impact of social media on identity formation—particularly among young people vulnerable to validation-seeking, digital stress, and online harm.

In alignment with thinkers like Soraya Chemaly, she shares the belief:

“My work focuses on the words we use, the images we make, and how to act to build a better world.”

— Soraya Chemaly, author and activist
